He has twice held the role of Chief Legal Officer for emerging technology service companies, and twice held the Managing Counsel role for multi-billion dollar revenue divisions of technology and business process services companies.

Thomas has negotiated billions of dollars in global service contracts, representing both buyers and sellers - doing business with close to 150 of Fortune Magazine's Global 2000 companies. He has advised the legal and commercial negotiations groups at multiple global top tier technology service companies on best practices in contracting terms and conditions and negotiation processes.

Thomas has helped dozens of clients resolve troubled complex outsourcing relationships by restructuring operational constructs and contract terms to realign for success. He has improved legal operations and elevated cross-functional back offices for emerging technology companies to enable rapid growth while enhancing compliance functions.
